Abstract
Our thinking about the world is very much influenced by rational ideas and our acting and our forms of organization are often rational. Our way of decision making is also made. Decision process must be a step by step process in a rational way. Here decision process is viewed as an heuristic, selective and social process, in which different parts come to an agreement on the way how to manage.
