Abstract

This brief article describes the "better walking - better parking" campaign carried out by the Association des Paralyses de France (French Association of "Paralitics") between September 1988 and December 1991. The aim was to encourage people not to park on pavements or in locations reserved for those with special needs. Brief details of some of the posters used and the methods used to publicize the message such as stickers and leaflets are provided.
