Abstract
In addition to questions of consistent quality, the extent to which recycled construction materials are acceptable to the environment has become a decisive factor in considering their re- use. The following points must be taken into general consideration for unstabilized road basis: no ground water contact, steady grading, high compaction, water- impervious covering below asphalt surfacings.
