Abstract
The steady-state bicycle Response Parameters developed in this analysis, together with the definition of a critical operating conditions which are called Stability Indices, provide a partial bases for evaluating bicycle stability and control in quantitative terms. It is shown that the values of some of these terms provide clear differentiation among bicycles of various designs in a performance sense.
