Abstract

Description of a method for optimal adaption of traffic models to different types of input data. For the optimal solution a likelihood is used, which is defined and estimated in the course of the article. Comparison of computed and observed data gives the deviations and the necessary changes in the coefficients. This leads to improvements in the model and gives the model a dynamic character.
