Abstract

A radio-electric system of local road information, known as Bip-Car, resorts essentially to the use of autonomous mobile radio beacons, which take up very little space and emit a high-frequency carrier wave consisting of sound signals or spoken or recorded messages. This information system can be adapted to the particularities and demands of road traffic.
