Abstract

A large print, Braille map is designed for 10 heavily used bus routes in Boston and suburban areas. The map is printed on special crush-resistant plastic and displays entire bus routes by means of raised lines denoting street names, bus stops, and other bus connecting points. The map is accompanied by an instruction sheet and a bus schedule in Braille.
