Abstract

This article deals with the problem of diagnosing a rupture of the bronchus. It appears that two out of three patients with bronchus ruptures run a risk that the rupture is not diagnosed, immediately after the accident. Therefore the advice is given that X ray examinations are carried out on all patients with serious thorax traumata.
