Abstract

The calculations of the signal-controlled road network described in this paper shows that a mutually consistent assignment and signal settings can be obtained, given an initial assignment of traffic to this network. Furthermore, it has been shown that, given two different initial assignments of traffic, two quite distinct solutions are obtained.
