Abstract

For the problem of traffic- conflict techniques as an example for data analysis in real life environment a solution is proposed here using the Concordet majority rule. The collective ranking is the one which maximizes the agreement with judges in terms of pairs of conflicts ranked in the same order. The solution is actually an ordered partition with four clusters and not a complete ranking; thus it is not directly comparable with other solutions mentioned at the workshop.
