California driver training evaluation study.

Abstract

The study was established to compare benefits and costs of driver training given in California high schools by certificated highschool test here with that given by commercial driving school instructors 12000 students were randomly selected and assigned to programs and trained by public high school or commercial school instructors in long or short training courses. The major study findings are discussed in this report.
