"CARTEL" : a computer program for tabulating road accident data.

Abstract

CARTEL (Complete Accident Record, Tabulation Language) is a program written mainly in Fortran IV to produce road accident tabulations which cannot be provided by the use of the RATTLE language. CARTEL enables counts of accidents to be made with associated casualty of vehicle factors.
