From the comments, it is clear that analysis of a vehicle-type modification from the standpoint of its conformity with a particular Regulation is rather difficult, especially if one remembers that manufacturers are in practice obliged to introduce design and technological modifications, to modify the properties of the materials used and to transfer some production lines to other manufacturers.
