Abstract

This paper was presented at the `Innovative Methods to Fund Highway Maintenance and Construction Programs' session. This paper describes the history of the Charleswood Bridge Project (Winnipeg, Manitoba) from its initial conception through to the signing of the agreement. Both the City and the consultant's points-of-view regardings this public-private partnership are described. (A)
