Abstract

In safeguarding the child in traffic, the objectives must include physical, psychological and legal measures. Only physical separation can actually guarantee the life of the child. Traffic training is important, but can not guarantee a safe passage on the road. The main emphasis must therefore be put on adapting the environment to the child, and not vice versa.
