Abstract

In an overall evaluation the "Children's Traffic Club" must be considered as a positive enterprise since it contributes towards the increasing of the child's road safety, through higher traffic proficiency and behaviour levels, and through a lower accident risk. At the same time it helps towards increasing the parents' insight level and reinforces their attitude to road safety. The present study shows how vulnerable the child still is and how traffic training alone has its limitations.
