Abstract

Citroën designed an experimental safety vehicle with emphasis on the improvement of survival space in the case of a frontal or side impact collision. The crashworthiness of the vehicle was tested by means of impact test. The vehicle was protected by energy absorbing bumpers, and test results are included.
