Abstract

Whitehead et al present data from which they conclude that there has been a significant increase in collision involvement and more, more particularly, alcohol- involved collisions among London (Ontario) youth after the legal age to purchase alcohol was lowered to 18 in July 1971. The response to Zylman by Whitehead discusses the individual points of the data outlined above.
