Abstract
Long-term concerted action is necessary for the success of the work on road safety along with well-developed interaction between the different components of the road transport system: vehicles, roads, the road environment and people. The responsibility for road safety is shared by all those who have an impact on the design of the system as well as by those who use it. (Author/publisher)
