Abstract

The planning, implementation and evaluation of a study carried out to determine the feasibility of conducting a nation- wide program of data collection on accidents involving commercial vehicles, is described. The evaluation, from the viewpoint of the investigating team, relates to all the principle factors which bear on the validity, cost and efficiency of the data collection process.
