Abstract

A description of a community is given and the general responsibility in relation to alcohol and traffic is discussed. The author states that multi-faceted countermeasures are required, a revolution in national prejudices related to driving practices and alcoholism must be brought about, a new cooperative ''communitism'' is needed and a hard and realistic political approach is necessary.
