Comprehension by children of aerial views in road safety teaching aids.

Abstract

Some road safety teaching aids show traffic situations from above, using an oblique or composite plan view. These viewpoints are useful for showing distances between vehicles and their relative positions and courses, but might be difficult for young children to understand.
