Abstract
In order to favorably influence road-user decision-making at complex or hazardous sites the road-user's behaviour and attitude must be understand. By using sophisticated data collection techniques in an integrated fashion it is possible the right kind of data to describe these. Countermeasures or other means of influencing road user behaviour should be directed at potentially unsafe road users.
