Computer application for highway design.

Abstract

Highway design involves processing of complicated work activities of civil engineering, which includes design of geometrical, structural, drainage and soil. The geometrical design, including topo-survey and mapping is one of the time consuming activities. This paper describes the use of computer in highway design for an integrated system expanded for application.
