Computer simulation of headlamp beam pattern and its potential utilization.

Abstract

With the development of Computer Graphics and CAD technology, people develop an automobile lighting simulation software, which can simulate the light impact of vehicle front lighting in real scene. Two different methods, simulation based on reflection coefficient and simulation based on real scene, have been introduced in this paper. The current work and the possibilities of this software's utilization in the improvement of AFS system have also been introduced. For the covering abstract see ITRD E123380.
