Conceptual pitfalls in traffic safety evaluation.

Abstract

There is an increasing need for evaluation.However traffic safety is, among public health systems, one of the most complex, which creates many difficulties in evaluating its operation.This paper mentions briefly statistical and economic pitfalls, and describes at length some other important pitfalls to successful evaluation.
