Abstract

The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the possible benefits to be gained though provision of a co-operative building receiver in a multi-use central area building. Particular interest was centred on impacts on cost and efficiency of goods pick-up and delivery, and a reduction of on-street traffic congestion.
