Abstract

The primary purpose of this paper is to look at: 1) the potential for international harmonisation of consumer crash test programs, 2) the degree of harmonisation adopted by ANCAP, and 3) the scope for improvement, that may go unrealised, if a country does not have a consumer crash test program.
