Abstract

An increasing amount of recent research has attempted to relate various measures of what is thought to be a general psychological trait, called utility for risk or risk taking propensity, to other personality variables. This study attempts to convergent validity provide evidence about determining whether the intercorrelations among several typical risk taking measures are significantly different from zero and sufficiently large to encourage further examination.
