Abstract

A properly planned, well-conducted corrective interview can be most effective tool in a program of driver-improvement and traffic safety. The motor vehicle administrator has by law the authority and responsibility to determine who drives a motor vehicle through initial licensing, renewal licensing, suspension and revocation Through this responsibility and under this authority the greatest strides in achieving greater traffic safety can be made.
