Abstract

Techniques have been devised to correct vehicle time-to-speed test results for the ambient conditions of steady wind along the direction of the test track, pressure, and temperature. Advances in vehicle instrumentation have made it necesarry to devise these correction techniques in order to obtain acceptable repeatability of results.
