Abstract

A survey is presented of existing (transport) economic know-how on the cost allocation and pricing as done by multi-product companies. The central issue is invariably whether existing practices in respect of cost allocation are justifiable from a theoretical point of view, on the basis of existing literature as well as two case studies.
