Abstract
A study is made concerning stability and manoeuvrability characteristics of single track vehicles. In driving tests different courses were followed. Discussed are a.o. the necessary width for cycle tracks under different circumstances and the manoeuvrability of two-wheelers. Further aspects are: riding single-handed, carrying passengers, backward orientation on the traffic situation and the effect of road surface unevenness and side wind disturbance. See also B 14004.
