Abstract

This report presents the results of a 60-mph front to rear crash test between General Motors experimental safety vehicles. The test was conducted to perform quantitative nondestructive and crash test on the ESV's and primary objectives of the test reported herein were to determine the occupant and structural responses of the striking vehicle and to acquire data on the responses of the struck vehicle.
