A crude framework for bypassing exposure

A new procedure for accident exposure consists of employing numerical transportations of the accident data, based on plausible conjectures, for conversion of "raw" accident figures into exposure-corrected quantities. This original suggestion for transportation in due to Thorpe (1964). This article presents an analysis which has been inspired by this method.
