Abstract
This Note updates previous information contained in Local Transport Note 1/78 on methods of providing facilities for cyclists to cross roads, and gives advice on facilities for cyclists at priority and signalled junctions, and roundabouts. The advice should be used in the design of elements of a cycle route or for the design of individual junctions which require special provision for cyclists.
