Abstract

The report outlines the status of law through 1969 in respect to damages resulting from drainage, runoff, blasting, and slides. The purpose of this research was to carry out a practical and factual analysis of these elements in the interest of enlightenment. Consequently, it could be useful in the preparation of briefs pertaining to trial or appellate litigation involving these elements of damage, and particularly, in inverse condemnation actions.
