Das von der EU-Kommission geförderte Projekt "Description and Analysis of Post Licensing Measures for Novice Drivers" (DAN) hatte das Ziel, möglichst alle Massnahmen, die in der EU nach Erwerb der Fahrerlaubnis angewendet werden, zu beschreiben und zu analysieren sowie Empfehlungen zu erarbeiten, wie das hohe Risiko von Fahranfänger/innen gesenkt werden kann.
