Abstract

The presence of data errors inherent in the operation of a computerized traffic control system is identified and measures to minimize the effects to have an operation that is better than a pre-timed system are suggested. In the added discussion additional factors that must be investigated regarding the sensitivity of real-time control to data errors are listed.
