Abstract

Summary statistics are made to assess the relative climatology of the occurrence of levels of natural illumination in both Canada and Sweden. This is for the purpose of evaluating a proposal requiring that automobiles have headlights on at all times while being operated, a practice that has been implemented for some time in Sweden.
