Abstract
This paper reports the findings of a research project in which a comparison is made between traditional and computer generated highway routes. The question if the computerprograms GMAPS and GCARS are suited for the search for and selection of feasible routes is answered positive on the basis of the results of the casestudy Rijksweg 32.
