Abstract

The chance to get a lower blood alcohol content in a contra surveyor's report is very small. This is shown from the results of a four year experience. The differences can be only greater, if the blood alcohol contents are higher. Suspected persons having a blood alcohol content between a 0.5 and 0.6 pro mille have only a very small change to come under the legal limit after a contra surveyor's report.
