Abstract
on July 1, 1977 a modification of the Dutch Road Traffic Act came into force which settles at one hand the "position en the road" of the disabled persons in their vehicles and to give on the other hand more possibilities for parking their vehicles. Disabled persons have now more possibilities, more security and more safety in traffic. The modification of the Act is shown with different examples.
