Abstract

After the superstructures of the sixties (circular and radial roads) and the split-up of the public space between residential and traffic areas in the seventies, the authors announce the synthesis, which can be found in their high street concept: tame the traffic, do not expel it completely and try to boost the shopping element. The concept is based on the idea of controlled mixing a small-scale development.
