Abstract

This contribution describes a study of the influence from different factors at the "crossability" of road without crossing facilities for pedestrians. A simulation program and a field-study are used to investigate these factors. The field study shows that age, walking speed and bearing luggage by the predestrian and speed of measure of vehicles are of significant influence to the gab acceptance of the pedestrian.
