Abstract

The author criticizes the opinion of Mr. Griep about the human factor in traffic, namely that a scientific base, which ca lead to correction of man., is lacking and that in the system road-vehicle-traffic the human factor is the one, which can be changed most difficult. He posists that successful practical experience should be the starting point for a scientific research and oppotionsses that in little time the human factor could not be changed much. Man can be educated to good self-control and to good situation-adaptation in traffic.
