Abstract

Conflict observation techniques are being used for different purposes. They can be applied for problems in traffic flow and traffic safety by (1) detection and analysis of the problems (2) determination of countermeasures and (3) evaluation of the effects of these countermeasures. This report is an introduction for the use of the DOCTOR- technique.
