Abstract

This is the second and last article on development of Amsterdam. In the composition of urbanization there are two alternatives: an amorphous urbanization and a channeled urbanization according to a rural plan For the proper functioning of the second alternative public transport occupies an important place. Plans for a town railway-system are designed in cooperation with the Dutch railway-company. In this plan three large recreation areas have been included. New forms of administrations are necessary, which calls for a decision by the legislator. For the first part see A 2851.
