This paper examines the acceptable number of parking spaces on the road in urban renewal areas from the point of view that in these areas not only the houses but also the environments needs improvement. Indoor parking facilities would then be necessary for the remainder of the needed parking spaces. The paper gives as a preliminary result for the acceptable number of parking spaces per 100 meters of road in a formula.
