Abstract

The report proposes an analysis of the way patterns of errors develop over driving lessons of driver-candidates. For this purpose, a methodology is described consisting of audiovisual registrations of driving lessons and a system to analyse the recordings. The analysis departs from a classification of traffic tasks, a collection of characteristic errors per traffic tasks and a classification of psychological components of information processing underlying the observed errors.
